Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate — total delivery time is 6-10 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rate is $5.99 or free for orders over $40.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages
